L. Lincoln Eldredge
Linc Eldredge received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and holds Masters degrees from both Andover Newton and Boston College. Following graduate school, he was Manager of the College Department at Doubleday Publishing Company. Mr. Eldredge then moved to Texas as Executive Vice President of Northrup, Incorporated, a manufacturer that later became a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company. He was subsequently an executive search consultant for 18 years with Heidrick & Struggles, Ward Howell International, and LAI Worldwide.
Mr. Eldredge founded Brigham Hill Consultancy after several years of specializing in not-for-profit searches. In addition to his professional involvement with schools, foundations, volunteer associations and other such organizations, his present and former affiliations include sitting on the boards of The Hockaday School, The Southwest Museum of Science and Technology, the Chewonki Foundation, the Center for Nonprofit Management, and the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas. He was also a member of the Committee on Trustees of Dartmouth College.
Jessica D. (Cockrell) McCann
Jessica McCann received Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she was a Eugene McDermott Scholar. She also studied at the postgraduate level at Queen's University in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Ms. McCann's experience includes teaching English as a Second Language, serving as a tutor for at-risk students in elementary schools, and working as an instructor for the Institute of Reading Development. In addition to her professional and volunteer activities in education, Ms. McCann has been active in community theater productions as a playwright, actress, and production and marketing assistant.
Dianne V. Puls
Dianne V. Puls received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University. Her early career was spent in recruitment and training and development in the healthcare and oil and gas industries. Ms. Puls has spent the past several years in executive search, working on senior level assignments with an international search firm and a boutique firm specializing in healthcare opportunities. Her experience includes successful placements across a wide range of industries and multiple functional areas. She and her husband, Mike, live in Las Colinas and serve on the board of Heartlight Ministries, a residential counseling center for struggling teens.
Jennifer A. Sherry
Jennifer Sherry received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Her experience includes working as a Program Manager with The David Nathan Meyerson Private Foundation, where she was a liaison between the Foundation and grant seeking non-profits. In addition to her professional work, Ms. Sherry has served as the President of the Public Health Community Service Organization and is a member of the American Evaluation Association, the Dallas Running Club, and the Rainbow Days Auxiliary. She has travelled extensively, including studying in South Africa and volunteering in Shama, Ghana, with Grace Community Libraries.
Kendra R. Pinkett
Kendra Pinkett is the Office Manager for Brigham Hill. She is a native Kansan and prior to joining the firm, she worked in the banking industry as an executive assistant for the last six years. Ms. Pinkett received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University. Outside of Brigham Hill, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
